The Helix Office Case Study
In 2014, The Helix Office originally named as Moscow building was planned to be refurbished and developed into an office building. The project consisted of an underground parking, a retail floor, and offices to rent in the floors above. However, the project was stalled for 3 years.
At the end of 2017, Helix Development took over the project. We carefully examined the drawings, made many modifications to ensure the leasability of the office space, including increasing the number of parking spaces and providing added common spaces to the tenants, to name a few.
We initially acted as design manager, making sure that the design would fit with the local demand as well as a project manager to ensure that the design would be implemented within the time and budget allocated.
